If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly at support@velourahaircompany.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or disputes submitted after confirmed order fulfillment may result in:
- Submission of order records and delivery confirmation to the payment processor
- Submission of customer communications and purchase acknowledgments
- Restriction from future purchases with VELOURA
- Recovery of losses where permitted under applicable law
VELOURA reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and protect the business from abuse.
We value honest customers and will always work to resolve legitimate concerns fairly.
Signature confirmation may be required on orders over $300.
