At VELOURA, we take pride in offering premium luxury hair products curated with quality and care. Because of the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to hygiene standards and product integrity, all hair purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

* Opened packages
* Worn hair
* Installed hair
* Brushed or combed hair
* Hair altered in any way
* Colored, toned, bleached, cut, washed, chemically treated, or styled hair
* Custom orders

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

* damaged
* defective
* incorrect
* incomplete

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

* Order number
* Photos of packaging
* Photos of product
* Brief explanation

If approved, replacement options will be provided.

* carrier delays
* customs delays
* weather interruptions
* incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
