Custom Orders

Custom orders require additional preparation and fulfillment time.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Custom orders may include:

* Specialty textures
* Custom lengths
* Custom bundle configurations
* Special requests
* Limited inventory items

Once a custom order enters production, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Signature Confirmation Required

To protect both our customers and VELOURA, all orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.

By placing an order, customers agree that:

* Someone must be available to sign for delivery
* VELOURA is not responsible for missed delivery attempts
* Orders marked delivered with confirmed signature are considered fulfilled
* Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate
